How to Organize PDF Pages

2.
Rearrange Pages – Drag thumbnails to reorder. Click to select, then rotate or delete. Add pages from additional PDFs if needed.
3.
Save & Download – Click Save & Download to export the reorganized PDF.
Visual Drag-and-Drop Editor
The tool renders every page as a thumbnail preview that can be dragged to a new position. Click a page to select it, then use the toolbar buttons to rotate left, rotate right, or delete. You can select multiple pages at once using Ctrl+Click (or Cmd+Click on Mac), then move or modify them as a group. Box selection is also supported on desktop — click and drag across the page grid to select a range.
Combining Pages from Multiple PDFs
You can upload additional PDF files after the first one. New pages are appended to the end of the current page grid. From there, drag them into any position to interleave pages from different source documents. This is useful when assembling a final document from multiple draft files. If you need to combine entire documents without rearranging, the merge PDF tool is faster.
Page Rotation & Deletion
Scanned documents often have pages oriented incorrectly. Select any page and rotate it 90° left or right. Rotation is applied to the actual page content, not just the preview. To remove unwanted pages, select them and click delete. If you only need to pull specific pages out into a new file, use the extract pages tool instead.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does drag-and-drop page reordering work?
Each page is rendered as a thumbnail. Click and drag any thumbnail to move it to a new position. The page order in the output PDF matches the final arrangement of thumbnails.
Can I select and move multiple pages at once?
Yes. Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and click to select multiple pages, then drag them as a group to a new position. On desktop, you can also box-select by dragging across the page grid.
Can I add pages from a different PDF?
Yes. Click 'Add More' to upload additional PDF files. Their pages are appended to the grid and can be dragged into any position among the existing pages.
Does rotation change the actual page content?
Yes. Rotation is applied to the page content itself, not just the thumbnail preview. The rotated orientation will persist in the downloaded output file.
Will reordering affect text, images, or formatting?
No. Pages are moved as complete units. All text, images, annotations, and formatting within each page remain unchanged — only the page sequence is modified.
What is the difference between organizing and merging?
Organizing lets you visually rearrange, rotate, and delete pages from one or more PDFs. Merging simply appends entire documents end-to-end without a visual page editor.
Can I undo a page deletion?
There is no undo button. If you accidentally delete a page, re-upload the original PDF to restore it. Always keep a copy of the source file before making changes.
How large of a PDF can I organize?
The tool handles files up to 100 MB. Very large documents with hundreds of pages may take a moment to render all thumbnails.
