Welcome to FILPDF. By visiting, browsing, uploading files to, or utilizing any online tool hosted on filpdf.com (the "Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all access and use of our platform.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

FILPDF provides a comprehensive suite of cloud-assisted and client-side document processing utilities, including but not limited to PDF conversion, compression, merging, page splitting, page rotation, image extraction, optical character recognition (OCR), and security manipulation.

The Service is offered free of charge and does not require account registration, login credentials, or payment details. FILPDF reserves the right to establish reasonable rate limits, file size constraints, and bandwidth caps to ensure equitable service availability across all global users.

You agree to use FILPDF exclusively for lawful, ethical purposes in full compliance with all relevant laws. As an express condition of your access to the Service, you agree that you shall NOT:

• Distribute Malicious Software: Upload, transmit, or process files containing computer viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, ransomware, or other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or compromise server infrastructure.
• Process Unlawful Material: Upload documents that contain unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, or materials depicting child sexual abuse, exploitation, or violent extremism.
• Automated Infrastructure Abuse: Deploy automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers, bots, or unauthorized APIs to access the Service at rates that exceed typical human interactive usage or impose an unreasonable burden on our compute clusters.
• Reverse Engineering & Exploitation: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, scan, or breach any authentication or security measure protecting FILPDF servers, networks, or underlying software pipelines.

You retain 100% ownership of your documents: FILPDF does not claim, nor will it ever assert, any ownership, title, copyright, or moral rights over the documents, text, images, or files you upload to our platform. All pre-existing intellectual property rights remain entirely with you or your licensors.

FILPDF does not sell, license, publish, distribute, or publicly display your uploaded documents. We do not monetize your file content, nor do we analyze your documents to build commercial profiles or train machine learning algorithms.

By uploading a document to FILPDF, you grant us solely a temporary, limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free technical license strictly necessary to perform the specific document transformation you requested (e.g., merging two PDFs, compressing an image stream, or converting formatting).

This limited license terminates automatically and irreversibly the exact moment the file transformation is completed and the files are erased from our infrastructure under our standard automated purge policy.

FILPDF is an ephemeral document processing utility, not a permanent storage or document archiving repository. All uploaded source files and converted output files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after exactly 60 minutes.

You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for promptly downloading and backing up your converted documents upon completion. Once deleted by our automated purge routines, documents cannot be recovered, reconstructed, or restored under any circumstances.

All software, source code, website design, stylesheets, algorithms, typography systems, graphic assets, trademarks, and logos on FILPDF are the exclusive intellectual property of FILPDF and its licensors, protected by international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

You may not copy, mirror, reproduce, redistribute, frame, or create derivative works of any portion of the FILPDF platform without our prior express written authorization.

FILPDF displays advertisements, primarily served through Google AdSense, to keep our document utility platform freely accessible to the public. Advertisements and promotional links may direct you to third-party websites or services that are not controlled or operated by FILPDF.

FILPDF does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any products, services, statements, or representations made by third-party advertisers. Any transactions or interactions between you and third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, FILPDF EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PDF documents exhibit tremendous variation in structural compliance, embedded font subsets, encryption revisions, and vector streams. FILPDF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CONVERTED FILES WILL BE AN EXACT, PERFECT REPRODUCTION OF THE SOURCE IN ALL UNIQUE DOCUMENT SPECIFICATIONS.

Users are advised to thoroughly inspect all output documents before relying upon them for mission-critical, legal, financial, or medical submissions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FILPDF, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTION) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FILPDF'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FILPDF IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR FREE USERS, SHALL BE ZERO DOLLARS / $0.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FILPDF, its officers, directors, operators, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from: (a) your violation of these Terms; or (b) any claim that documents uploaded by you infringe upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights of any third party.

FILPDF reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page, as denoted by the "LAST REVISED" timestamp. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
