The core utility of FILPDF is providing high-speed document transformations (e.g., merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, and protecting PDF files). To deliver these capabilities, files must temporarily enter our processing infrastructure.

We enforce an automated, mathematically non-negotiable data lifecycle for all uploaded materials:

• Ephemeral Sandboxing: When you upload a document, it is written exclusively to an isolated temporary sandbox directory or processed in-memory via client-side WebAssembly wherever technically supported by your browser.
• Single-Purpose Processing: Uploaded files are accessed solely by automated server routines dedicated to performing the exact technical operation requested by you (e.g., converting a PDF to DOCX or stripping pages).
• Automated 60-Minute Destruction: All uploaded source files and generated output files are permanently, irreversibly unlinked and shredded from our server filesystems after a maximum duration of exactly 60 minutes. An automated cron daemon executes continuous deletion cycles to purge expired data.
• Zero Archival Backups: FILPDF does not replicate, backup, mirror, or archive user documents to cold storage, remote cloud buckets, or secondary databases under any circumstances.

FILPDF maintains an absolute policy against human inspection. No employee, contractor, system administrator, or third party ever views, reads, reviews, samples, or inspects the contents of files uploaded to our platform.

Furthermore, we never use user documents or their contents to train, evaluate, or fine-tune machine learning or artificial intelligence models. Your files pass through strictly deterministic, algorithmic transformations and are subsequently eradicated.

We deliberately separate personal identification from technical operations. We do not require account registration, email submission, credit card entry, or phone verification to use our suite of PDF tools. You may access our services completely anonymously.

To maintain platform stability, prevent malicious denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and enforce fair-use rate limits, our edge servers automatically record standard non-identifiable technical access logs:

FILPDF is designed as a general utility productivity platform and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from children.

If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a child has uploaded a document containing personal information without consent, please note that all uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted within 60 minutes without requiring manual intervention.

FILPDF reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect modifications in our software architecture, regulatory standards, or advertising guidelines. Any revisions will be indicated by the "LAST REVISED" date at the head of this document.
